About Trinity Foundation

A faith-rooted story of service, unity, and hope.

Trinity Foundation exists to serve vulnerable people with compassionate care, responsible support, and a long-term commitment to dignity and empowerment across Zimbabwe.

The Meaning of Trinity

Faith, unity, and shared service.

The name Trinity reflects guidance from the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and also captures the unity of the founders who chose to serve together for something greater than themselves.

The Story Behind Trinity Foundation

It began with a simple act of kindness.

Donovan Ncube encountered a woman in desperate need and felt moved to help her. In that moment, a passerby spoke words that stayed with him: “Keep up the good work. The Father, the Lord, will guide you for your service.”

Those words changed everything. What seemed like one compassionate act became a calling to serve the underprivileged, the homeless, vulnerable families, and children who needed education and care. Donovan then reached out to Tafadzwa Makaza and Reward Jambaya, and together they formed Trinity Foundation.

What began as one moment of mercy is becoming a movement of compassion powered by faith, unity, love, and a vision for long-term transformation.

Governance and Trust

Transparency is part of the mission.

Trinity Foundation is building a sustainable administration with clear roles in finance, programs, communications, and partnerships. The long-term goal includes stronger advisory oversight and annual reporting to show how funds are used and lives are impacted.

We believe supporters deserve clarity, and communities deserve service that is accountable, respectful, and focused on real outcomes.
